Bonjour! I’m Val. I left my tech job in Seattle to train as a patissière in a quiet village in the South of France. This country is absolutely gorgeous, and one of my favorite things to do is visit its magical, medieval villages. My move has been both life changing, and affirming. I’m grateful for my easy access to fresh produce, beautiful nature and of course, exploring.
